Never have I experienced a dining experience like it!!! Allan's knowledge and expertise were by far the best in the business.

His food selection complimented each dish in order that it was served in perfectly. Each dish had its own taste and experience that you wont find in any restaurant.

Allan bought the finest of dining straight to our kitchen and it was a pleasure to welcome him into our home. We will be booking Allan again, that is a fact!

A la Carte provided the food for our Hen party weekend and we were blown away by the amazing breakfasts, three course meal, buffet and BBQ we had. Could not recommend enough - the food is unbelievably tasty and amazing quality, everyone raved about it and it made our weekend entirely care free and catered for. Thank you!

Wedding Meal

A la Carte provided food provided the food for our wedding weekend.

Each dish was incredible and tailored to our wishes. Our food choices included pre-wedding evening meal of pie and chips plus a full english each day. For our wedding breakfast Allan worked with us to design and individual menu and the canape's were delicious! Our guests gave excellent feedback particularly on the Mini Onion Bhaji and Fish Goujon with chip.

For our main Allan delivered a Turkey Roast Dinner which looked and tasted beautiful. Our duo of desserts - Brookie and Cheesecake were equally as delicious as the other courses and ended our Wedding Breakfast perfectly. We would definitely recommend Allan's Brookie!

Allan is an extremely talented chef and also very friendly and genuine. We felt very lucky to have Allan as part of our weekend and we were blown away by the food, so much so that we have already asked Allan to prepare our Anniversary meal next year!

Seriously!

Nothing is too much trouble and I can not recommend this chef and business highly enough. Well done and thank you for a fab weekend of first class food.
